These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of AECOverse (aecoverse.com), a job board for the AECO technology industry operated as part of the AECO.digital ecosystem. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About AECOverse

AECOverse is an independent job board focused on the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) technology sector. We manually curate job listings to ensure relevance and quality. We are not a recruitment agency and do not act as an intermediary between candidates and employers.

2. Job Listings

Job listings on AECOverse are sourced from publicly available postings or submitted directly by employers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that listings are current, complete, or error-free.

When you click “Apply for job”, you are redirected to the employer’s own website or application system. AECOverse has no involvement in the hiring process and accepts no responsibility for:

  • The accuracy or completeness of job descriptions
  • The conduct of employers during any application or hiring process
  • Any employment decisions made by employers
  • Any third-party websites you access via links on our site

3. Employer Submissions

If you submit a job listing to AECOverse, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to post on behalf of the company named
  • The job described is genuine, current, and accurately represented
  • The role is relevant to the AECO technology sector
  • The application URL provided leads to a legitimate job posting
  • The listing does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion without notice. Submissions that are misleading, irrelevant, or in violation of these terms will not be published.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use AECOverse to:

  • Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading job listings
  • Collect personal data from other users without consent
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the site
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on AECOverse — including the platform design, editorial copy, branding, and scoring methodology — is owned by AECOverse and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Job listing content submitted by employers remains the intellectual property of the respective employer. By submitting a listing, you grant AECOverse a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute the listing content on our platform and associated channels.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

AECOverse is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee employment outcomes for any job seeker using the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AECOverse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or reliance on inaccurate job listings.

8. Links to Third-Party Sites

AECOverse contains links to employer websites, AECO.digital, and other third-party sites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of external sites and accept no responsibility for them. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.

9. Pricing and Payments

Job listings are currently offered free of charge during our launch period. We reserve the right to introduce paid listings in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect listings already published under free terms.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of AECOverse at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of AECOverse after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of AECOverse shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where AECOverse is operated.
